If the assessed value of your property has changed, you should have received a Notice of Change in Assessed Value” letter from our office. If you should need more than a telephone conversation, appointments for in-person informal appeal hearings are available These appointments must be made by June 30, 2023. Due to the nature of the economy, among other reasons, I have decided to not accept the STC’s recommendation.
